Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across the US.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat rate of $4.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship to all 50 US states only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at contacto@pawzn.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Products

Are your products BPA-free?

Yes. All Pawzn products are BPA-free and non-toxic, safe for both pets and kids.

Are the products suitable for cats and dogs?

Most products work for both. Each product page specifies which pets it's designed for.

Can I use the grooming glove on a wet pet?

Yes — the silicone grooming glove works wet or dry, making it perfect for bath time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.
