Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

How to track

1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Pawzn
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number
3. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

Tracking not updating?

Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking to show activity. Carriers sometimes take time to scan packages after pickup.

Can't find your tracking email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout
• Contact us at contacto@pawzn.shop with your order number and we'll help you locate it

Estimated delivery times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Processing time: 1–2 business days before shipment
