Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $50
• Flat rate $4.99 on orders under $50

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contacto@pawzn.shop and we will resolve it promptly.
