Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or opened hygiene products (e.g. grooming brushes after use)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contacto@pawzn.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to: 5843 Willard St, Las Vegas, NV 89122, USA, using a trackable method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
